  • Serving as Assistant Professor and Head, Department of Chemistry at Shriram Kusumtai Sadashiv Vanjare College, Lanja, Dist. Ratnagiri, since 21st July 2010, with over 14 years of teaching experience at Undergraduate (UG) level and Postgraduate (PG) level since 2019.
  • Specialized in teaching Organic Chemistry at both UG and PG levels, with a strong focus on conceptual clarity, reaction mechanisms, synthetic strategies, applications, and research-driven learning.
  • Dedicated to making Organic Chemistry accessible and engaging for students by connecting theoretical knowledge with real-world applications, current research trends, and problem-solving approaches.

  • Experiential Industrial Learning: Organized multiple industrial and research visits to leading organizations such as Auchtel Chemicals, Gadre Marines, Ultratech Cement, and prominent research institutes. These visits bridge the gap between theory and practice, offering students exposure to real-world industrial processes and research methodologies.

  • Assessments: Regularly conduct tests and assessments for performance analysis. This innovative method encourages active participation and continuous assessment.

  • YouTube Channel for Digital Learning: Established and actively manage an educational YouTube channel dedicated to Chemistry, featuring more than 100 lectures covering diverse topics from the Undergraduate (UG) and Postgraduate (PG) Chemistry syllabus. This initiative provides free, accessible, and flexible learning opportunities, especially supporting remote learners.
