• Presented a research paper, “physico-chemical analysis of drinking water in lanja town.” At national seminar on “the emerging trends in basic sciences” 30th jan, 2018, abasaheb marathe arts & new commerce, science college, rajapur.
• Presented a research paper, “impact of ‘ganesh visarjan’ on the water quality of various water bodies in lanja tehsil, dist. Ratnagiri.” At international conference on environment, development and sustainability 2018 at a.s.p. College devrukh.

Current Research Progress:

•  PHD registered on topic ‘Schiff base metal complexes and its biological applications.’ From University of Mumbai under the guidance of Dr S.T.Sankpal, A.S.P. College (Autonomous), Devrukh.
• University of Mumbai granted Rs 30,000/- on the research project entitled ‘Schiff base metal complexes and its biological applications.’
•  Currently working on a research project ‘Development and Validation of an HPLC method for the determination of an antidiabetic drug.’ At our college.

Orientation and Refresher Program

• Orientation Program Completed at Gujarat University, Ahemedabad, Gujarat dated 23/10/2017 to 19/11/2017 with A grade.
•  Refresher Program completed online on SWAYAM ARPIT dated 01/11/2018 to 27/02/2019 with 88/100 marks (A grade).

Innovative Techniques in Teaching:

•  Highly engaged in using ICT while teaching e.g. Using PPT, Group Discussion, Organising student’s Seminar, asking Question-Answer method, Model making etc.
•  Highly engaged in Industrial visit like Auchtel Industry,  Gadre Marines, Ultratech Industry and research institutes for students.
• Online test conduct on Mobile Socrative app.

Academic Achievements:

•  A student named Miss Snehal Rasal Secured university third Rank at TYBSC Chemistry 2014-15 examination.
• A student named Miss Rupali Shinde Secured university First Rank at TYBSC Chemistry 2016-17 examination.
•  A student named Miss Rupali Shinde got 99/100 marks in my subject Inorganic Chemistry at TYBSC Chemistry 2016-17 examination.
•  Encouraging Students for participation in ‘Avishkar research convention’ every year to enculcate research culture among the students. Last 6 years my research project given to the student is selected at the district zonal level. 2 times selected at university level.
